5. Results and assessment of review based on RRPS data Adverse trends or outliers noted: No Access Control is an annual inspection. The Summary of PIM Findings for calendar years (CY) 2013-2017 shows a consistent number of findings identified. There were 14 findings in CY 2013, 16 findings in 2014, 9 findings in CY 2015, 16 findings in CY 2016 and 13 findings in CY 2017. Of the 68 findings issued, 63 were identified by the inspector (93%). Of the 68 findings, 54 were Green NCVs, 11 were Green FINs, 1 was a Green NOV, and 2 were White NOVs.
