Design Information Questionnaire Revision 3 In accordance with 10 CFR 75.1 O(a), Louisiana Energy Services, LLC ("LES"), also dba URENCO USA ("UUSA"), herein submits Revision 3 to the UUSA Design Information Questionnaire (DIQ). The attached Enclosure 1 contains the marked up pages of the UUSA DIQ. Strikethroughs and underlines were utilized. Enclosure 2 contains the final clean version.
Due to the proprietary content of Enclosures 1 & 2, disclosure to unauthorized individuals could result in substantial harm to UUSA. Therefore, UUSA requests that Enclosures 1 & 2 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390. Enclosure 3 supports this withholding request.

("NRC") this document; and that all statements made and matters set forth herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief:
