- Amendment 73 - Exemption of Low-Level Waste Shipments from Certain Physical Security Requirements (TAC L3 l 900), dated July 17, 2006 Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. (NFS) hereby submits an amendment request of SNM License 124, Safeguards Condition SG-3.6. NFS is requesting review and approval of an amendment to License Condition SG-3.6 to include material sealed, manifested, and awaiting shipment within the Owner Controlled Area. The attachment provides a detailed description of the proposed change.
NFS uses the "OFFICIAL USE ONLY" (OUO) designation on sensitive, unclassified documents which need to be withheld from public release. The Attachment to this letter has been designated as an OUO document.
