Environmental Properties Management LLC (EPM) submits herein an electronic copy of Facility Decommissioning Plan - Rev 1 (D-Plan) for uploading to NRC's Agency-wide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). This DVD contains both the letter of submittal and the files that comprise the decommissioning plan. The files are arranged as follows:
001-D-Plan Letter of Submittal. pdf - This file contains the letter of submittal 002-D-Plan Text and Tables.pdf - This file contains the text and all the tables reference in the text of the D-Plan.
003-D-Plan Figures - Sections 1-2.pdf-This file contains the figures which are referred to in Sections 1 and 2 of the D-Plan.
004-D-Plan Figures - Sections 3-6.pdf-This file contains the figures which are referred to in Sections 3 through 6 of the D-Plan.
005-D-Plan Figures - Sections 8-10.pdf-This file contains the figures which are referred to in Sections 8 through 10 of the D-Plan. There are no figures associated with Sections 11 through 17 of the D-Plan.
006-D-Plan Appendices A.pdf-This file contains Appendix A to the D-Plan.
007-D-Plan Appendices B Part 1 of 2.pdf-This file contains the first approximately half of Appendix B to the D-Plan.
