On September 13, 2018, NRC, DOT, and ORANO participated on a phone call to discuss the response to the request for supplemental information (RSI) related to the revalidation review of the Model No. TNF-XI. The staff reviewed the responses to the RSI for the Model No. TNF-XI and the staff could not find in the application powder specification requirements nor the analyses supporting the chemical stability of Content No. 8 (including pyrophoric reactions) .
The applicant mentioned that the RSI provided some information related to the pyrophoricity of the proposed content. The staff clarified that it was asking about the information\specifications regarding pyrophoricity of the proposed content (all contents) of the package. The applicant agreed to provide this information for the staffs review.
