Pending establishment of an Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to preside over this proceeding, and pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.318(a), the Joint Motion to Establish Briefing Schedule,1 filed November 7, 2018, is granted.
Treating the Motion to Dismiss filed on September 28, 2018 by Fasken Land and Minerals (Fasken) and Permian Basin Land and Royalty Owners (PBLRO) as a hearing petition, Interim Storage Partners LLC and the NRC Staff may answer on or before November 23, 2018.
Fasken and PBLRO may reply on or before November 30, 2018.
