Summary of NRC-conducted FOF Inspection Revisions Planning week (A Week)

Exercise week (B Week)

A week reduced 1/2 day for single exercise planning Reduce the number of inspection team members. Revised Team composition: 1 Team Lead and 2 team members.

Maintain current team composition:

1 Team Lead and 3 team members Reduce on-site inspection time by 1 day The Significance Determination Process will be revised for a single inspection.

Direct Inspection Effort reduced by ~70 hours Direct Inspection Effort reduced by ~40 hours

Enhanced Inspection of licensee-conducted exercise incorporated into current inspection effort Expand guidance in Inspection Procedure 71130.05 relative to:
