Inspection Program Revisions

  • A week reduced 1/2 day for single
  • Maintain current team composition:

exercise planning 1 Team Lead and 3 team members

  • Reduce the number of inspection
  • Reduce on-site inspection time by 1 team members. Revised Team day composition: 1 Team Lead and 2
  • The Significance Determination team members. Process will be revised for a single inspection.

  • Assign an exercise outcome for licensee-conducted exercises as additional data point in case an indeterminate outcome occurs

- In the case of 2 indeterminate outcomes staff will conduct additional FOF and short cycle licensee FOF inspection (reset triennial date) 5
