SUBJECT: NOTIFICATION OF TERMINATION OF DECONTAMINATION AND
DECOMMISSIONIONG ACTIVITIES LICENSE NUMBER 50-29273-01
Dear Mr. Squibb,
By letter dated August 29, 2018, you provided notification to this office that you had terminated
activities at Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL. Old Building 709 Drain Lines, under the subject
license of 50-29273-01. These notifications were required by License Condition 20.
No further actions regarding your notification are required. You can contact this office at

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its
