ORDER On September 6, 2018, the NRC provided notice in the Federal Register of the opportunity for members of the public to file a request for a hearing and petition for leave to intervene in a proceeding involving Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon)s application for the subsequent license renewal of its licenses to operate Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3, located in Delta, Pennsylvania. The deadline for filing such a request is November 5, 2018.1 On October 18, 2018, Beyond Nuclear submitted a request for a two-week extension of the hearing request deadline.2 Beyond Nuclear represents that the NRC Staff does not oppose its extension request. Exelon has filed a response opposing the request.3 1 Exelon Generation Company, LLC: Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3, 83 Fed. Reg. 45,285 (Sept. 6, 2018).

After reviewing these filings, I grant Beyond Nuclears request by extending the deadline an additional two weeks for Beyond Nuclear to file a hearing request. Beyond Nuclear may file a hearing request no later than Monday, November 19, 2018.
