DPR-12, DPR-44 and DPR 56 NRC Docket Nos. 50-171, 50-277, 50-278 and 72-29 Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Security Plan, Training iai,d Qualffi~1ign Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 17 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," p~ragfclph (pX2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is submitting Revision 17 to th~iPec1ch Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation S~curlty,Program (Security Plan). The changes to the PBAPS Security Plan was implementeq en, OctoJ>~r 12, 2018. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), EGC is submitting this change within 60 days of implementation (i.e.,
no later than December 11, 2018).
The PBAPS Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Conti11gency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program have been revised:
- 1. Section 11.3 of the PSP (refer to Attachment 2) *
- 2. Section 15.3 of the PSP (refer to Attachment 2)
- 3. Section 0-5 of the PSP Appendix D (refer to Attachment 2)
EGC has concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the PBAPS Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program., Attachment 2, and Attachment 3 contain Safeguards Information. Therefore, EGC requests that this Information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding, 0 paragraph (a)(1 )(i), and 10 CFR 73.21, "Requirements for the protection of safeguards information,° paragraph (b)(1 )(i).
