Lelling'sofficeifhisofficehasanyintention,fromthedocumentationWTPhasprovided,whetherMr.Lelling's officeintendstomakethisaparthisongoinginvestigationofMAStatePoliceScandals.WTPbelievesthis shouldincludewhatIknowandotherssaid,togetherwithwhatdocumentationWTPprovided,atthismeeting heldattheMAStatePoliceBarracksinNewburyMA922016.AstheNRCandmanyothersknow,Iwas askedtoattendthismeetingbyFormerDeputyCommanderofMAStatePolice,FrancisHughes,whobythe wayWTPandIhavealotofrespectfor.

Asyouknow,Mr.Bower,youandmanyothersattheNRCareaware,WTP'sinformantsandIfoundwecould trustandworkwiththefirstNRCIG,DavidWilliamsduringhiswatchoverwrongdoingsbyVictorStelloand otherswhowerecoveringupsafetyconcerns.Youroffice,throughcorrespondencetoMr.Bell,hasconfirmed Ihaveadmittedtohavingthesetaperecordings.IamwonderingwhyMr.Bellhasn'tcontactedWTPyet?You andmanyothersattheNRCknowMAAG'sLegalTeamhasacopyofaTranscriptofoneofWTP'sNRC informants.Thisalsoisstatedinoneofmypublishedguestcolumns(attached).MAAG's4memberLegal TeamwhichMauraHealey,herself,assembledwastoinvestigateWTP'sconcernsofSeabrookStationand CoverupsofothersafetyconcernsbytheNRC.This4memberLegalTeamincludedherChiefofStaff,Mike Firestone,whoaskedmetoattendameetingwhichwasheldintheMAAG'sOfficeonOctober18, 2017.Duringthismeeting,wediscussedmanytopics.WTPalsoprovidedlotsofdocumentation,includingthe July4,2014,letterwithenclosures,toMr.Dentel.Alsoatthismeeting,IelectedtogivetheLegalTeamthe namesofWTP'sbraveindividuals,withtheirpermission,connectedtotheGAGORDERS.
Inaddition,becauseofpastthreatsonmyfamilyandarecentoneonme,IgaveMauraHealey'sChiefof Staff,MikeFirestone,acopyofaTranscriptofaconversationIhadwithanNRCinformant,butwiththe understandingthistranscriptwouldnotbereleasedunlessWTPgivestheMAAGOfficepermission.This TranscriptexpressesthisNRCinformant'sdisappointmentthatEdwardMarkeychosenottopursuesome nuclearsafetymattersgiventohim.Partofthisconversationstates:"Markeyknowsitisdirty,hebelievesit butevidentlyheistired,boredorwhateverandheisdilettante.I'llbecandidwithyou.Heiskindofguy,he wasplayingChernobylforawhile,soheisboredwithotherstuff.Ihearhewantstogetoffthat committee.Youknow,itisnotsexyenoughforhim,hewantstotrysomethingelsenextyearsoherunsand getsreelected".

Giuliani'sparticipation(SeeNYT'sarticleattached)tookplaceinearly1988.SixtyMinutesreporterMarty Bergmanwho,aftercontactingWTP,convincedMr.GiulianitomeetwithWTPandourinformantsconnected totheBogusNuclearPartsNationalScandal.AsWTPwastold,GiulianiwastiredofbeingtheU.S.Attorneyin NewYork,andwantedtomakeabigsplashjustbeforeleavingtheU.S.Attorney'sOfficesohecouldthenget aleguponhiswishtobecomeMayorofNY.ImentionedtoyourAssistant,also,WTPhastaperecordingsof Mr.Giuliani'sinvolvementduringthetimewhenhewasNY'sU.S.Attorneyandhadjurisdictionoverthe IndianPointNuclearPlant,whoatthattime,hadandpresentlyhasSubstandardNuclearComponentsbuiltin theplant.

Justfortherecord,itwasTrump'sformerWashingtonCampaignManager,CoreyLewandowski,aftertalking withmeonthephone,whosetupanappointmentwiththeTrump'sManagerinManchester,NH,Mathew Ciepiowski,tolookintoWTP'sinformationofBogusPartsinvolvingSeabrookStation.ObviouslyMr.
LewandowskyrecognizedthattheSeabrookNuclearPlantwaslocatedintheFirstPrimaryStateofNH.Mr.
CiepiowskiwentthroughWTP'sdocumentationthatincludedmyletterofJuly4,2014,withenclosuresto thenNRCChiefofReactorProjects,GlennDentel.Twooftheseenclosuresweretwoletters.Onewasfrom thenNRCIGDavidWilliams'sOfficetotheFederalBureauofInvestigation(FBI)(attached)toinvestigate whetherPresidentReaganignoredevidenceIprovidedabouttheuseofCounterfeitSubstandardParts throughouttheNuclearindustry.Secondletter(attached)waswrittenbyformerChiefofStaff,LeonPanetta, totheDepartmentofJustice(DOJ):"IamsorrytohearthatyouhavenotyetreceivedaletterfromtheDOJ regardingyourconcernswiththeNuclearRegulatoryCommission.Onceagain,Ihaveforwardedyourfaxto theDOJ".Asaresultoftheselettersandotherinformationwhichwereneverinvestigated,Mr.Ciepiowski stated:"Trumpmustmeetwithyousohecanaddresstheseissues".Mr.Ciepiowskithenofferedtogiveme ticketstoanyupcomingfundraisers.ThefirstonewasattheWinnacunnetHighSchoolinHampton,NH, whereIhadoneoftwoopportunitiestospeakwithTrump.ThesecondtimewasatRochester,NH,High School.
BothofmyopportunitiestotalkwithMr.TrumpwerecapturedonvideobutneitherthelocalorNational MediaelectedtoprintorgiveTVcoverage,asaresultofmyconfrontationswithTrump.Beingan investigativereporternowforover33years,Itrytoreadourcreedroutinely,PartoftheJournalist'sCreed states:"Ibelievethatajournalistshouldwriteonlywhatheholdsinhishearttobetrue.Ibelievethatthe publicjournalisapublictrust;thatallconnectedwithitare,tothefullmeasureofresponsibility,trustees forthepublic;thatacceptanceoflesserservicethanthepublicserviceisabetrayalofthistrust.Ibelieve thatsuppressionofthenews,foranyconsiderationotherthanthewelfareofsociety,isindefensible".
