The ITT Conoflow model GT25 series current to pressure transducer environmental qualification report 3419 lists the temperature range as-40 to 150 "F, and the linearity as 0.75% of span. on August 23, 2018, a discrepancy between the published specifications in sales literature, intemal test acceptance procedures and the environmental qualification test report was discovered. The EQ test report was not, revised at the time that sales literature and acceptance requirements were revised. Units manufactured after October, 2010 may not conform to the specifications of the EQ test report for linearity and temperature range, The EQ test report will be revised to reflect current speciflcaUons as follows:
Temperature range Oto 150 °F Linearlty: 1.5% of span Nuclear facllltie.s which use this product should evaluate the specifications to determine If these revisions could pose a safety risk.
ITT Enidihe will provide a revised EQ test report to facilities, upon request. The attached table (on page 2 of this notification) Is a list of customers who procured safety related GT25 series 1/P transducers, and the specific part numbers since 201 O. These customers will be notified of this potential product defect by October 23, 2018.
