This letter provides the NRC the requested additional information related to compliance with NRC Order EA-14-190.
As directed by Order EA-14-190, Reference 1, STP. Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) submitted a twenty-day response consenting to the Order, and described the methods of compliance in Reference 2. By References 3 and 5, STPNOC submitted to the NRC requests for date extensions to be in compliance with the Order. In References 4 and 6, the NRC granted the requested extensions. In Reference 7, STPNOC advised the NRC of compliance with Order EA..190. On a teleconference with the NRC Staff on October 17,.2018, the NRC Staff requested that.
, STPNOC submit additional information regarding STPNOC's compliance with the order. The attachment to this letter provides the requested information.
The attachment to this letter contains Safeguards Information and should be withheld from Public Disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
