Yesterday, Phil Couture of Entergy called me and he stated that the revised estimated date for the following Pilgrim licensing actions to be submitted to the NRC is November 16, 2018:
License Transfer Application (joint submittal - Entergy and Holtec),
DECON Post Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report (PSDAR) including sitespecific Decommissioning Cost Estimate, Revised Spent Fuel Management (SFM) Plan, and Exemption request to use Decommissioning Trust Fund funds for SFM and Site Restoration.
Mr. Couture said that he would have to check to see if Entergy and/or Holtec plan to submit any other licensing actions to the NRC between now and the end of the year.

- Mandy, During the public pre-submittal meeting on September 25, 2018 (ML18262A135), Entergy and Holtec presented the attached slides.
On Slide 15, it stated the following Pilgrim licensing actions would be submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in October 2018:
License Transfer Application (joint submittal - Entergy and Holtec),
DECON Post Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report including sitespecific Decommissioning Cost Estimate, Revised Spent Fuel Management (SFM) Plan, and Exemption request to use Decommissioning Trust Fund funds for SFM and Site Restoration.
2 Are these licensing actions on-track to be submitted in October 2018? If not, what are the revised estimated dates for these licensing actions to be submitted to the NRC?
Are there any other licensing actions Entergy (the licensee) and/or Holtec (the applicant) expect to submit to the NRC between now and the end of the year?
