- 1. Letter from J Zimmerman to W Padgett approving UUSA's classified networks and requiring an updated Plan of Actions and Milestones to be provided quarterly until all actions are complete, dated July 24, 2018 (I N-18-083-NRC).
Pursuant to Reference 1, Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba URENCO USA (UUSA) herewith submits revision 1 a to the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAM) for Classified Systems.
The following actions have been completed since the previous revision; Actions 001, 009, 010 and 012 The following actions remain open; Actions 007, 008 and 013 contains Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present a security vulnerability. UUSA requests that this enclosure be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1). The Enclosure 2 affidavit supports this withholding request.
