The following table reflects the status of US nuclear plants and other facilities to which SF1154 fluid from Batch 11 KLVS146 was shipped by Lake Engineering Company {LEC) in accordance with purchase orders which specified that the requirements of 10 CFR Part 21 are applicable.

Lake Engineering Company shall continue in its evaluation to determine whether the subject anomalies represent defects which could create a substantial safety hazard. Determination in this regard shall continue to involve interaction between Lake Engineering Company and the facilities listed above.

Our goal is to complete our evaluation by December 31, 2018 at which time a determination will have been made as to whether a substantial safety hazard exists. If additional time is required for the above determination, an 'interim report shall be submitted that shall include an updated completion date.
