Dear Mr. Helvenston,
We wish to make the following corrections to the 2016-2017 Operating Report for the University of Massachusetts Lowell Research Reactor (License No. R-125, Docket No. 50-223) as submitted on July 28, 2017. Under Section G. Radiation Exposures and Facility Surveys, sub-section 1. Personnel Exposure, the year is incorrectly indicated as 2015. The correct year is 2016. The values as presented in the table are correct and are for the annual year 2016.
Under Section H. Nature and Amount of Radioactive Wastes, sub-section 1. Liquid and Gaseous Wastes, the value provided in the last sentence is incorrectly indicated as .254. The correct value is 2.54. The value provided for the TEDE and those provided in the table are correct.
