Please consider alternative measures to avoid this massive exposure to a mishap or terrorist act. If we ran the line through Washington, D.C. would you be blasé about it?
We are very concerned taxpayers who live with in 2 miles of the Cotton Belt Line; breathing humans who want to keep breathing.
