I am responding to your letter dated September 28, 2018, regarding an invoice from the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to your constituent, Dr. Ronald C. Lustic.
Enclosed is a letter to Dr. Lustic dated October 4, 2018, notifying him that the NRC cancelled invoice LFB 18-4729 on September 7, 2018. The NRC cancelled the invoice based on the notification received from Radiation Therapy Associates, P.C., requesting termination of license
- 21-26536-01. There are no other outstanding invoices associated with this license.
