Mr. Lawer: As you will recall, I'm the Site Manager at Cytec Industries' Willow Island, West Virginia manufacturing facility.
Cytec is in receipt of the Commission's letter dated July 25, 2018 rejecting Cytec's assertion that it is the appropriate Licensee notwithstanding the recent sale of its stock to Solvay. Although we disagree, we will, of course, honor the Commission's decision and take the appropriate steps to register Solvay Holdings, Inc., Cytec's parent, as the Licensee for purposes of the site's nuclear compliance.
