RESPONSE TO FREEDOM OF 1 201s-000740 1 11 INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) REQUEST RESPONSE TYPE D INTERIM I./ I FINAL PART I.D -- COMMENTS In your FOIA request letter dated August 21, 2018, you stated, in part, "I would also like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public's understanding of unconstitutional practices."

In response to your request for a fee waiver, the NRC send an email on 09/05/2018 attaching 10 CFR 9.41; identifying the factors that a requested must address for consideration of a fee waiver and setting a deadline for submission of 09/17/2018.

To date, no response has been received.

Unfortunately, the NRC is administratively closing your FOIA request at this time as unperfected for failure to respond.
