[External_Sender] WCS Spent Fuel Storage Id like to state that I am all for the WCS Spent Fuel storage project. It makes sense and will be cheaper on tax payers as well as safer by moving it from populated areas to a consolidated location until the final disposal site at Yucca Mountain is opened or another site is built.
One thing I would like to mention is that in the News Channel 9 Midland broadcast, the antis blatantly lied about the shipping casks and they need to correct their statement to the public. The casks have been tested and can withstand impacts from a locomotive at 75 mph and are designed under stringent requirements. Not the 30 mph they stated.
Thank you.
Jay C.
