[External_Sender] RE: Request for ELEA reference Ms. Caverly, Dawson, is a geophysical surveyor contractor generally for discovering O&G findings. I have no idea who their client is, and upon conversations with the Dawson contact in Houston, he was unwilling to disclose who they were. Our board was willing to allow the survey with the condition that they release the information in total to us so that Holtec and you could use it for your further characterization efforts. To date they have been unwilling to do that, and they were conditioning release of the information in a very limited way and applying significant charges. Those conditions and charges were unacceptable to the board, and we believed they would have added very little to the known data. We have gone through these proposals before in the last several years, and they too have not materialized. I dont expect this to occur either. The area is well characterized, and frankly, I dont think they believe its worth giving up the data and paying us for the study, and most likely the client has lost interest. They approached us over a year ago now, and I would expect the whole idea for them is pretty stale now.

Request for ELEA reference Mr. Heaton, Our contractor came across the attached announcement while looking into site characterization for the ELEA site. Do you have any additional information on this topic (line item #16)?
Does the geophysical survey also cover the area located within the proposed CISF property boundary? If so, do you have an tentative date for when the survey would be completed and also when subsequent image processing would be complete?
