Dear Sir/Madam:

Industrial Nuclear Company (INC) hereby submits this application for a Certificate of Compliance (C of C) for the INC Ten Hole Source Changer (THSC) package. Enclosed is one electronic copy of the Safety Analysis Report (SAR). The enclosed SAR includes all test data and analyses for the certification of this shipping container package as required by Title 10, Energy, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 71 (1 O CFR 71 ),

Packaging and Transportation of Radioactive Material, 1-1-2018 Edition.

The THSC will permit INC to ship up to ten special form source assemblies to customers, which is critical to INC's business. INC would appreciate a prompt completion of review and approval of this application.
