LIST OF CHANGES:
Reason for Modification: Administrative Change The purpose of this modification no. 8 is to extend the period end date from September 28, 2018 to March 29, 2019. This modification also definitizes the letter which cancelled the stop work order on June 21, 2018.
This modification also incorporates in accordance with FAR 42.1205 the Contractor's Change of Name Agreement from Areva Federal Services LLC to Orano Federal Services LLC. The signed agreement is incorporated into this modification.
