TRANSMITTAL OF CONGRESSIONAL LETTERS Enclosed for your signature are 12 Congressional letters prepared for the Atomic Energy Act Section 274 Agreement with the State of Wyoming.
The Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) accession number for the congressional letters is ML18261A178. The Office of Congressional Affairs has been provided owner rights for the congressional letters.
Included with the letters are the Submission of Federal Rules Under the Congressional Review Act forms to the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House and the Government Accountability Office and copies of the Federal Register Notice (FRN) announcing the Agreement with each form (ADAMS accession number ML18267A281). A copy of the FRN should be attached to each form.
