NRC Letter, BWXT and Nuclear Fuel Services Security Officer Fatigue Management Proposal, dated August 10, 2016 Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 26.717(e), Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. (NFS) hereby submits the attached fatigue management report. There were no work hour control exceptions for the period of March 8, 2018, through September 8, 2018.
