Accordingly, the contracting shall hereby proceed with performance of the task order subject to the monetary limitation not-to-exceed amount of
$406,343.80 hereby established in this modification. The contractor agrees to begin promptly negotiating with the contracting officer the terms of the definitive task order and agrees to submit a cost proposal with supporting price/cost data.
As a result: 1) the task order Ceiling is hereby increased by $406,343.80, from $904,540.36 to
$1,310,884.16; 2) the task order Value is hereby increased by $406,343.80, from $1,405,304.53 to
