SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 UPDATE OF INFORMATION PERTAINING TO FOREIGN INTERESTS In a letter dated September 22, 2015, the NRC notified Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc., Dominion Energy Nuclear Connecticut, Inc., and Virginia Electric and Power Company (collectively, the Licensees) that they would retain their non-possessing facility security clearance at the SECRET - National Security Information level. Annual certifications, including updated Owner, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEP) lists for the Licensees as well as their ultimate parent company, Dominion Energy, Inc., were most recently provided to the NRC on October 1.9, 2017 (Serial No.17-001 E). 1 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1) requires written notification within 30 days if certain circu,mstances occur. 2 1 The Licensees provided additional information to the NRC on changes to the OODEP lists on January 30, 2018, March 28, 2018, April 24, 2018 and July 31, 2018 (Serial Nos.18-006, 18-006A, 18-006B and 18-006C, respectively).
2 By letter dated July 23, 2018, the NRC informed the Licensees that they no longer need to provide notification of the circumstances identified in the Enclosure to the NRC's September 22, 2015 letter but are required to meet all applicable requirements in 10 CFR Part 95.
