3. Rename Option Period 2 as Option Period 1; and

As the result of this modification, the following text changes are made to the task order:

1. Under Section C. STATEMENT OF WORK; item 4.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS; the first sentence is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:

"The Contractor shall provide four full-time on-site Administration Support Specialist Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) and one part-time Project Manager (PM) to perform the tasks outlined below."

2. Under Section B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-LABOR-HOUR CONTRACT, (a)is hereby deleted and replaced as follows: "(a) The ceiling price to the Government for full performance under this contract is $1,413,898.44, of which the ceiling for the Base Period is $1,136,489.16."

3. Section B.4 CLIN STRUCTURE TABLE is hereby deleted and replaced with Attachment 1, changed as noted below:
