On behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), I am responding to your letter dated June 24, 2018, in which you appealed the agency's decision related to NRC-2018-000041, which was seeking an index of all interagency agreements (NRC-2018-000041 ).
Specifically, you appealed the adequacy of search.
Please note that, as stated in our response to NRC-2018-000041, there is no index of interagency agreements that is readily available. This record would have to be specifically created in response to your request. Since the NRC is not required under FOIA law to create a record, the agency is unable to provide the requested information For this reason, your appeal has been administratively closed.
