Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with 1 OCFR50.54 (p), Entergy Operations, Inc. is submitting Revision 16 to the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station (GGNS) Physical Security, Safeguards Contingency and Training &
Qualification Plan (Security Plan). In accordance with 1 OCFR50.54(p), this revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the Security Plan.
Revision 16 of the GGNS Security Plan, as well as the Explanation of Changes and a copy of the 50.54(p) are attached to this letter. Therefore, the material marked Safeguards Information must t>e withheld from public disclosure. Please destroy the Plan currently in your possession which is replaced by this submittal.
NOTICE: Attachments contain "Safeguards Information." Upon separation of the attachments, this letter becomes "DECONTROLLED."
