ORDER APPROVING INDIRECT TRANSFERS OF CONTROL OF FIVE EXPORT LICENSES XMAT412, XMAT413, XMAT415, XMAT423, AND XMAT437

Dear Ms. Dabkowski:

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has completed its review of your application dated August 3, 2018, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS]

Accession Number ML18239A002) requesting approval of the proposed indirect transfers of control of export licenses XMAT412, XMAT413, XMAT415, XMAT423, and XMAT437.

The enclosed Order approves the proposed indirect transfer pursuant to Section 184 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (42 U.S.C. § 2234).
