I am requesting all documentation on errors made by Headquarters Operations Officers (HOOs) during calendar year 2017.

I also am requesting documentation on all incidents responded to by the Headquarters Operations Center (HOC) during calendar year 2017.

  • The NRG has found no responsive records to your request for incidents responded to by the Headquarters Operations Center (HOC). Although 670 events occurred in 2017, neither the HOOs nor the HOC responded to any of these events.
