- 1. Increase the ceiling amount of the grant;
- 2. Extend the period of performance; and
- 3. Provide incremental funding.
As a result of this modification:
- 1. The ceiling of the grant has increased by
$765,984.00 from $1,428,157.30 to $2,194,141.30.
- 2. The period of performance has been extended for one(1) year. The end date is 09/29/2019. The period of performance for the grant is 09/30/2014 through 09/29/2019.
