AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF WYOMING The Commission has approved the proposed Agreement between the State of Wyoming and the NRC pursuant to Section 27 4 of the AEA, as set forth in Enclosure 1 to SECY-18-0082. The Commission also approved publication of the draft Federal Register notice (Enclosure 5 to SECY-18-0082) with the enclosed changes.
