~ppealing: NRC-2018-000341 On behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), I am responding to your letter dated June 28, 2018, in which you appealed_ ~he agency's decision related to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking records including intelligence reports/notices pertaining to a series of computer attacks that are known by the name "Moonlight Maze*
(NRC-2018-000341 ). Specifically, you appealed the adequacy of the NRC's search.
Acting on your appeal, I have reviewed the records for this case and have.determined that, as stated in our final response to NRC-201 a~ooo341 to you, the NRC is unable to locate any responsive records to your request. Therefore, I have denied your appeal.
This is the final agency decision. As set forth in the FOIA (5 U.S.C. 552(a)(4)(B)), you can seek judicial review of this decision in a district court of the United States in the district in which you reside or have your principal place of business, in the district where the agency's records are situated, or in the District of Columbia.
