May 4, 1965 Mr. Norman Mason of the AEC Division of Reactor Licensing phoned AGN on April 30 requesting further clarification of my letter of April 22 regarding the proprietary legend which appears on AGN documents AN-1405, ANwl406 and AN... 1407.
While AGN considers the rights granted to the Government to be suf-ficient for purposes of this license, we have no objection to your cancellation of the legend from all three subject AGN documents to assist in your consideration of our application. Please consider this letter as authorization to cancel the proprietary legend on AN.. 1405, AN... 1406 and.AN -1407.
