{_/,.:

By letter dated April 9, 1965, Aerojet-General Nucleonics transmitted to the Commission copies of three documents relative to its application for licensing of the AGN Industrial Reactor (AGNIR}.

These documents, AN-1405, AN-1406, and AN-1407 were duplicated with an AGN proprietary legend which granted to the Government "the right to reproduce, use, and disclose for governmental purposes all or any part of11 the documents.

While AGN considers the rights granted to the Government to be suffi-Gient for purposes of this license, we have no objection to your cancellation of the legend from AN-1405 if, as your staff has indicated to AGN," it will assist your consideration of our application. Please consider

  • this letter as authorization to cancel the proprietary legend on AN-1405.

Very truly yours, AEROJET-GENERAL NUCLEONICS R. L. Tomlinson Reactor Supervisor (AGNIR}
