Purpose:
Public meeting to discuss topics from the staffs preliminary evaluation of the OPC voluntary industry initiative (VII). The staff is providing its observations and questions (enclosure) concerning implementation of the open phase isolation systems (OPISs) to seek clarity and gain a better understanding of how the industry is implementing the VII.
