Response to Digital I&C Questions relating to the revised response to RAI 271-8290 for Question 19-15 (Rev.5) and the operating software CF and application software CCF associated with the Digital I&C design of the APR1400. provides the Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (Westinghouse) Application for Withholding Proprietary Information form Public Disclosure CAW-18-4781, accompanying Affidavit, Proprietary Information Notice, and Copyright Notice. The Affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission(Commission) and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of Section 2.390 of the Commissions regulations. provides the LTR-RAM-17-81-P, Revision 4, Work Order 89: Response to Digital I&C Questions (Proprietary), which contains information proprietary to Westinghouse and supported by the Affidavit in Enclosure 1. provides the LTR-RAM-17-81-NP, Revision 4, Work Order 89: Response to Digital I&C Questions (Non-Proprietary).
