Dear Ms. MacGibbon:
In an e-mail dated August 17, 2018, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) , you requested to withdraw Pall Corporation 's pending license application XCOM1306 for the export of filters to Sellafield LTD., in the United Kingdom . The NRC is acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal of application XCOM1306 and will discontinue further review.
As the NRC had already begun processing and reviewing the application, the NRC is unable to refund the $17,400 licensing fee that Pall Corporation submitted to the NRC on August 15, 2016.
