[External_Sender] NRC-2018-0052 The proposed placement of spent nuclear fuel needs to be fully investigated with regard to the proximity of the storage of nuclear waste in Carlsbad, the continued and expansion of fracking, and the increases in earthquakes. The placement of spent nuclear fuel for any period of time is precarious given the existing and planned development of nuclear storage and fracking. This must be fully investigated.
