Access Permit Number 11-04: AC Operating, Revision 4 was issued to American Centrifuge
. Restricted Data remains necessary for ACO to conduct its operations. Accordingly, in accordance with 10 Code of Federal Regulations 725.25 and 725.1, Centrus Energy Corp.
(Centrus) requests renewal of the access permit for ACO, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Centrus, for access to Category C-24, isotope separation, Restricted Data.
Information to support our request for the Access Permit renewal is provided in the Enclosure of this letter.
