The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards has received your letter dated August 21, 2018 transmitting the Alabama Proposed Regulations to RATS IDs 2015-3 and 2015-4, and the Revised Final Regulations to RATS IDs 2007-1, 2007-3, and 2013-2.
