License Amendment Request (LAR) 18-02, Removal of the ETUS SPPP and Revision of the UUSA SPPP to Eliminate CAB Operations In accordance with 10 CFR 70.34 and 10 CFR 95.19(a), Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba URENCO USA (UUSA), hereby requests approval of an amendment to Materials License SNM-2010 to delete License Condition 1 O.i, Standard Practice Procedure Plan (SPPP) for Protection of Classified Matter at the Enrichment Technologies-United States (ETUS).
In support of this request, UUSA also requests approval of a non-possessing. Facility Clearance for Enrichment Technologies-United States (ETUS) and revision of the UUSA Standard Practice Procedure Plan (SPPP). provides the background, proposed change and basis for removal of the ETUS SPPP from UUSA's license, issuance of the non-possessing security clearance and revision of the UUSA SPPP.
Enclosures 1 through 3 contain Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present security vulnerability. UUSA requests that these enclosures be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1 ). The Enclosure 4 affidavit supports this withholding request.
