NRC Request for Additional Information, Marathon Watch Company Letter Dated August 13, 2018 Good afternoon, We have reviewed Marathon Watch Company's (Marathon) letter, dated August 13, 2018, and have determined that we need additional information to complete our review. Please respond to the following questions.
- 1. Confirm that no changes have been made to the product(s) since its/their initial registration or last amendment.
- 2. Confirm that the commitments previously made by Marathon with respect to your QA/QC program have not changed and confirm that your new location will follow Marathon's QA/QC program, as submitted to the NRC.
Please submit the requested information within 30 calendar days of the date of this e-mail. The information should be submitted in an official letter with proper signature. We can accept the response as an attachment to an e-mail or via facsimile at 301-415-5955. If we do not receive complete information within 30 days, we will consider your request as having been abandoned by you. This is without prejudice to the submission of a new and complete request.
