Please find enclosed Amendment No. 10, terminating License No. 47-19784-01 as requested by your NRC Form 314 dated May 14, 2018. This termination is being issued in accordance with the requirements of the applicable NRC Termination Rule in 1 O CFR 30.36. All facilities previously used for licensed activities may be released for unrestricted use. An environmental assessment for this action was not required, since this action is categorically excluded under 10 CFR 51.22(c)(20).
