REMARKS: IP 88070, Plant Modifications (Annual), has been revised to improve sample selection guidance, clarify inspection requirements and guidance, and provide additional guidance on management measures, delete guidance on plant safety committees, and reformat the document.

IP 88072, Plant Modifications (Triennial), is an initial issuance. Much of the content was pulled out of IP 88070 to split the annual inspection from the triennial.
