Request for 10 CFR 170.11 and 170.11 Waivers/Exemptions Ladies and Gentlemen:
I am requesting 10 day extension to respond to the July 16 2018 letter requesting additional information, I am have having a difficult time finding the narrative that support the regulations that you cite in the communication. The basis for the cited regulations are important to generate a comprehensive and effective response. While during a recent telephone conversation, it was suggested that I back track the historical entries in the federal registry; this effort thus far has not located the needed narrative. Your office is familiar with these regulations and most likely can cite the documents directly that describe their original intent.
